How to Make the Spotify Arp-Tryptamine Effect

For this effect, you will need Vegas Pro 10 or newer (strongly recommended; while the older versions of it are completely not the best) and the VST version of IL Vocodex. You'll also need the extra carrier tones folder to be downloaded since the Arp-Tryptamine carrier tone is required. Note that using the trial version of IL Vocodex is not necessary because it has limitations.
Step 1: Getting Started
Open up Sony Vegas Pro and start importing your favourite source or clip by dragging it onto the timeline. It's best if you set the resolution of your project to 1080p through the settings without the deinterlacing filter.
Step 2: Applying the Video Effect
Click the Video Event FX button and you see a whole library of video effect plugins to use. First, add the glow effect, then the TV simulator effect, and finally, the gradient map filter. Now, start changing some of the settings of these effect filters and customising the gradient map by setting these:
Step 3: Applying the Audio Effect
Click the Audio Event FX icon to find the IL Vocodex plugin (if you've already installed) and add it to the audio track. Now, set its preset to Clearer, and change the carrier tone to Arp-Tryptamine. Make sure to set the bandwith all the way to the maximum amount. After you have prepared the settings, start replicating the keyset that is provided in the image below:
Step 4: Preview, Render, and Upload
Once you've finished all steps, preview your video and render it in any format with the best resolution possible. After you're done, you can now upload it to YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, e.g.
